A total of 2,240 square feet, with 1,968 square feet being all open space and a separate room with a full kitchen (272 square feet).

The restrooms are available around the corner by the family pool.

The capacity of this room is 150 people.

The room includes (8’x3′) fold out tables and chairs.

Daily Rate is $300 plus $10 per person per day.

A total of 877 square feet.

This space has a full kitchen with shelves.  Bring your own cookware.

The capacity of this room is 40 people.

The room includes (8’x3′) tables and chairs.

The restrooms are available around the corner by the family pool.

Daily Rate is $150 plus $10 per person per day.

A total of 1,711 square feet.

This space has a full kitchen with a large bar and kitchen cabinets.  Bring your own cookware.

The room includes 12 (8’x3′) fold out tables, 4 (3’x3.5′) fold out tables and chairs.

The capacity of this room is 100 people.

There are two restrooms in this building.

Daily Rate is $250 plus $10 per person per day.

Open Air Pavilion

Community Pavilion 4Available for all of our guests to use at no charge. Please leave it clean and orderly.

 

  • If you do not leave the meeting room clean as you found it, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
  • Children under 3 years old are free.
  • Each person needs to check in at the Ranger Station when you enter the park.

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury.  All Visitors assume the risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities such as swimming, playgrounds, hiking, jumping pillow, etc., at the Camp-Resort or being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and it’s owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp Resort™ in Tyler, TX to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
